Border Patrol killed my son. Call the DOJ today.
In 2010 outside of San Diego, Border Patrol beat and tasered my son Anastasio Hernandez-Rojas while he was hogtied and face down on the pavement. They tortured him to death, despite his repeated pleas for help.
This mother's day, my family is demanding that the Department of Justice conduct an open and thorough investigation. Will you join us and call the DOJ at 202-353-1555 and tell them to openly investigate?
Thanks for listening and for helping my family seek justice for Anastasio.
